Writers licensing agreement for member's use

Before writing it is usually best to sign a contract between the writer and the client. Jumleap currently has a third party writers contract that can be customised for working with clients within Jumleap's blogs, forums and websites. This is only available for members only. This can help individuals agree on:

a). Work to be done;

b). Copy rights;

c). Uses and extracts of the licence;

d). Extracts and moral rights;

e). Exclusivity;

f). Fees to be paid;

g). Confidentiality requirements;

h). Warranties and indemnity;

g). Termination, non assignment and notices;

h). Force majeure;

i). Waiver and severity; and

j). Legalities and jurisdictional requirements.
